There are many different habits that each person has. These habits can be either good or bad. Some habits may even be life threatening. Here are some life threatening habits people try to break:
- If you are a drug addict, try to stop taking drugs. This may throw you into a state of depression for a period of time but it's better then slowly killing yourself.
- Stop smoking. if you are an addict to smoking, stop. Smoking is only another way to slowly kill yourself.
- If you know someone who smokes or uses heroin, stay away from them. When some one smokes, not only does it hurt them, it can hurt others around him or her.
- If anyone offers you drugs, tell them that they shouldn't be doing that and should mind as well throw them out. Then just simply walk away. You make your decisions, there is no "They forced me." because even if they say they will kill you if you don't do something, you don't have to do anything.
- If you have a habit of taking things that aren't yours, stop it. That's theft and can land you in jail or a fine.
